11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration will take place in Hong Kong, and the language of the arbitration will be English.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Hong Kong.
