We partner with professional logistics providers covering Europe, North America, Asia, and other regions to ensure your parcel arrives safely and on time.
2. Transit Time & Fees
Standard Shipping: Ships within 1‑2 business days after the order is placed and is delivered in approximately 7‑15 business days (varies by destination).
Express Shipping: Expedited delivery in 3‑7 business days is available to selected countries/regions.
The exact shipping cost for your address is calculated in real time at checkout.
Tip: You can track your parcel in real time under “My Orders.”
II. Returns Policy
1. 14‑Day No‑Questions‑Asked Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days starting from the day after you receive the package—no explanation needed.
Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.
2. Return Shipping Costs
For returns not related to quality issues, round‑trip shipping costs are borne by the buyer; the amount will be deducted from the refund or charged freight collect by the carrier.
If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Return Procedure
Log in to “My Account” → open the relevant “Order Details” and submit a return request;
Follow the on‑screen instructions, fill out the return information, and ship the item back with the carrier of your choice;
Within 2 business days after the parcel is received, we will complete a quality inspection and notify you of the result by email.
III. Refund Information
